What is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist?

Accredited Exercise Physiologists are university-qualified allied health professionals. They specialise in designing and delivering safe and effective exercise interventions for people with chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities. Exercise Physiologists are equipped with an expert knowledge and understanding many in developing, prescribing and monitoring the right exercise and lifestyle programs to help people manage disabilities, cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal, cancers, kidney, respiratory/pulmonary and mental health, and any other conditions. Exercise Physiologists can also work with those who want to improve their health and well-being and quality of life.

Where do we practice?

Our Exercise Physiologists practice at our fully-equipped Gym Clinic at North Rocks. We also provide services to clients within the convenience of their own home (servicing greater Sydney metropolitan) in the event that they are unable to travel out to our clinic. Where required, our therapists also provide programs from various gyms, pools and workplaces.

Are we wheel-chair accessible?

Our Gym-clinic is conveniently located on the ground floor and is without stairs, making it easily accessible by wheelchair or mobility aids.

Is there parking on-site?

Free Parking is available outside our front door, making parking and arriving to our clinic convenient and simple. Disability Parking spots are also available directly in front of our clinic.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed to see our Exercise Physiologists. If you have received one, feel free to bring it along to your appointment, with any other medical reports you may have that are relevant to your condition/injury.
